Women’s Sanctuary Development Center

Mass Architects donated design services for the creation of Catholic Charities Women’s Sanctuary in south Oklahoma City. The day shelter serves women and children experiencing homelessness, providing resource referral, counseling, vocational and life skills classes, and case management. Support offerings focus towards long-term stability and self-sufficiency. Trauma-informed design supports the mission of the organization, creating a comfortable environment to uplift the community it serves. Focus on sustainable energy integration and material reuse promotes the durable construction goals.
