Private Medical Office Building

Mass Architects designed a new home for an OB-GYN practice and a weight management clinic. Located on South Western Avenue, the site formerly held a long-vacant medical office building. We worked closely with the clients to  develop efficient designs for both clinics. A zoning change to part of the property allowed for a new parking lot and for the potential to build a small office on an undeveloped part of the site.

The building provides generous spaces, allowing for growth, while keeping to the clients’ budgets. The exterior incorporates multiple brick blends and differing bond patterns with areas of stucco to create a bold presence. The old building and parking lot were cleared and new clinic completed in just over one year.
