Southern Oaks Health & Wellness Center

The New Southern Oaks Learning and Wellness Campus is the second site for the Oklahoma City – County Health Department’s mission to provide services to all citizens within Oklahoma City. This campus is a true collaborative effor,t containing 9 separate public entities coming together to create a whole health and education campus. Some of these partners include Oklahoma City Public Schools, Metropolitan Library Association, OKC Parks, the City of Oklahoma City, and many more.

This site will contain an auditorium, training kitchen, multipurpose room, OU Physicians health clinic, community wellness, and administration space for OCCHD and their partners. The next phase of construction will create the trails and community garden portion of the site. This will link directly into the Southern Oaks park and bring an added level of fitness activities for the community in the southeast part of Oklahoma City.
