Mary Mahoney Memorial Community Health Clinic

Mass Architects has completed multiple projects for Community Health Clinics Inc. across the state of Oklahoma.

The Mary Mahoney Memorial Community Health Clinic in Spencer operated at capacity on a daily basis and greatly needed more exam space to keep up with the daily load. A renovation and addition of the current clinic space increased the total number of exam rooms up to 27. During construction, we restructured a temporary facility for use as exam space in the interim. A redesign of the nurse’s stations, isolation room, and offices created a more efficient work flow. The project also called for a waiting room addition and a refurbish of the reception and check in area. We are currently constructing a drive through pharmacy component and have plans to expand the facility.

In Langston, we renovated the abandoned Langston High School into a comprehensive community health center to serve the surrounding communities.

Most recently, we have worked with CHCO to consolidate some of the existing operations into a central location in Oklahoma City. This new location, housed inside a renovated church, will enable better service for populations in need.
